Q: Do you have a Code of conduct?

We sure do! Don't violate it either! You can find our Code of Conduct HERE.

 

Q: What is included in a VIP ticket?

VIP includes access to special room where the performers' room, exclusive VIP bar with complimentary drinks (21+) and additional amenities to be announced. VIP ticket quantity is limited.

Q: Can I leave during the day and come back?

There is no re-entry. Come well rested, as we have planned a full day with live games, competitions, tasteful treats and an incredible artist lineup.

Q: What weather should I prepare for?

As we all know Atlanta weather is unpredictable, but it doesn't matter. This experience is INSIDE! The party will go on!

Q: What ticket options are available?

Print At Home Ticket – this may be the only delivery option available for some events that occur in the United States or Canada. This ticket will be emailed to you in PDF format and must be printed out.


Mobile Ticket – This ticket will be emailed to the customer in mobile format and must be presented on a mobile device.

No refunds.

Q: Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, if it’s not sold out in advance. Look for the sign labeled TICKETS at the entry and you can buy any remaining tickets there with cash or credit/debit card. At that time tickets will be $25 General Admission and $50 VIP at the door. Since this is indoors, capacity is limited so we encourage you to get your tickets early.

Q: How do I get there? Where can I park?

The recreation center is located near the popular Edgewood bar strip, less than a mile from I-75/85 off Fulton Street Exit 246. Parking is available on site, but we encourage you use ride share services such as Uber, Lyft, Marta etc. Parking plans will be announced ahead of the event.

Q: What time do the doors open?

8:00 PM. Schedule is subject to change.

Q: What can I bring?
Binoculars
Cameras - only nonprofessional photos and videos cameras will be allowed, and must be without equipment attachments such as; selfie sticks, tripods and monopods. 
Water – you may bring one factory sealed bottles of water and refill them throughout the day at our free water filling stations (up to 1 liter

Q: What can’t I bring?

  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products

  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment

  • Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio)

  • Drones or any other remote flying device

  • Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)

  • Framed backpacks

  • Hammocks

  • Glass and metal containers of any kind

  • Illegal and illicit substances of any kind

  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol)

  • Umbrellas

  • Pets

  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind

  • Fireworks

Q: Are Firearms allowed?

No, firearms and/or weapons of any kind are not allowed

Q: Are my kids allowed?

Children are welcome but keep in mind some of the performances may contain adult language. Everyone over the age of 2 must have a ticket. We suggest not bringing children under 8 years of age.
